Located in the serene and expansive quarters of Al Khawaneej, Dubai, this 6-bedroom villa, with a remarkable build-up area of 1,200 square meters, represents the pinnacle of luxury residential design. Its location in Al Khawaneej, known for its tranquillity and proximity to key amenities, adds to its appeal. Over the past three years, the villa has been meticulously crafted to become the dream home of a young Emirati family. The young couple behind Villa 85 represents a new generation of Emiratis who cherish both their cultural heritage and contemporary values.
